Los Tulipanes uses the following delivery conditions:

  • All orders through our shop can be paid for in the following ways:
    1. Cash or credit/debit card in store.
    2. By bank transfer.
  • Los Tulipanes does not accept shared commissions. All commissions must be paid by the ordering party.

  • You have the option to pick up your order in our store or to have it shipped with our transport company.

  • The delivery services have an additional cost that will be charged in advance by Los Tulipanes

  • Frozen products can unfortunately NOT be delivered.

  • Los Tulipanes reserves the right to suspend/delay the execution of the order during extreme weather conditions in order to prevent any damage, spoilage or loss of quality of the goods.

    Extreme weather conditions are understood to be:

    * Calima and/or extremely high temperatures (35ºC or more).

    * Severe storm and/or rainfall (alerta naranja/roja).

  • Los Tulipanes does not deliver goods outside the Canary Islands.

  • If an order is paid by bank transfer, the order will only be executed once the amount due has been credited to our bank account.

  • Food cannot be returned for understandable reasons. If a product is not in order, please contact us.

  • The delivery can also be postponed if there are unforeseen circumstances at carriers, boat and / or flight connections between the islands. Los Tulipanes cannot be held liable if there is a delay in the transport about which Los Tulipanes has not been able to obtain this information in any way. In case of delay and/or other circumstances, Los Tulipanes will make every effort to inform the customer by telephone or email.
