Los Tulipanes, the Dutch supermarket on Gran Canaria, works with the following terms of delivery:

 

  • All online orders in our shop can be paid in the next ways:
  • Cash, or with creditcard.
  • Via internet by a bank transfer (Cajasiete).
  • The minimum order is 5 Kg or a quantity superior to € 20,00
  • Our delivery service has additional costs that you can find on our order list.
  • Products that may be sensitive to heat or any other circunstances will not be sent. These products can be picked up in the shop if you have ordered them previously.
  • Los Tulipanes may delay the sending of your order due to extreme weather conditions to prevent to loss of quality or damaging the product. The extreme circunstances are:
  • Calima or very high temperatures (35ºC+).
  • Storm or heavy rainfall (alerta naranja, roja).

  • The delivery may also be delayed in case of a (sudden) strike by transporters (boat/airplain). In case of a strike or any other cause of delay that couldn’t be foreseen by Los Tulipanes, we can not be hold responsible. We will try in all posible and reasonable ways to recover the package to resend it again later on. You will be informed anyway if there’s a delay, no matter what.
  • Los tulipanes does not send goods outside of the Canary Islands.
  • You have the possibility to choose if you want to pick up your order yourself, or if you want it to be sent to you.
  • If you decide to pay using a bank transfer, we will send you the package as soon as we have received and verified the payment.
  • Our products can`t be returned or rerfunded due to obvious reasons. However, if a product doesn´t arrive properly or damaged, you can contact us and we will look for a solution.
